Merchandise Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item to WIDHH for a full refund less the shipping cost. Items returned in unsellable condition will not be accepted.
The Western Institute for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing will be happy to accept returns on the following conditions:
Returns must be accompanied by an original invoice
Returns must be returned with all original packaging materials
Must be within 30 days of receipt of your order
Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer
